On the third Thursday of the month we hold a themed small plates night at CSONS Shrewsbury. Each month is a different theme but centered around small plates and relaxed, informal dining.

This month we're holding a Spring CSON themed small plates night.
Here's what we shall be serving up:
Canapé:
Brown crab rarebit, sourdough, pickled shallot
Sharing plates:
Cornish trout, pea fricassee, dill, Wye Valley rhubarb chutney
Pressed Ludlow lamb belly, Jersey Royal bubble, anchovy salsa verde
Wye Valley asparagus, marinated Herefordshire courgette, wild garlic pesto
Roasted hispi cabbage, harissa butter, labneh, dukkah
Flatbread, Herefordshire chard, watercress, Holmewood pickled ewes cheese (feta style), mint
Pud:
Wye Valley rhubarb and custard tart, Neil’s Yard crème fraiche, almond
