MYSTERY MENU HEREFORD
On the first Thursday of every month we serve up a surprise, locally sourced, 5 course supper at CSONS Ludlow, Shrewsbury and Hereford. The theme could be a country or region, the seasons, a supplier or even just a concept. But, the mystery is, you won't find out until the night!

As always, we'll use as many locally sourced ingredients as we can get our hands on using our network of amazing suppliers and put our spin on the menu with little CSONS twists here and there.
The set menu is 5 courses for £50 per person with an optional matched drinks flight available for £35 per person. The drinks may include beers, wines, cocktails and ciders but we can't say much more as it's a surprise!
Dietary requirements can be catered for just let us know when you book - Tables can be booked online or over the phone.
